Disc Shop does not necessarily receive or store all financial information provided directly to a third-party payment processor.

For cryptocurrency payments, transaction information recorded on a public blockchain may remain publicly accessible and cannot generally be deleted or altered by Disc Shop.

Some Disc Shop products require information related to Discord in order to complete delivery.

For example, server boost orders may require a valid Discord server invite or other information necessary to identify the destination server.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and that they have permission to provide and use that information.

Disc Shop is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Discord Inc.

Discord may independently collect and process information according to its own privacy policies.

5. Support Tickets

When you contact Disc Shop through a Discord support ticket, we may retain information from that conversation when reasonably necessary to:

  • Resolve your issue;
  • Verify an order;
  • Handle warranty or replacement requests;
  • Investigate fraud or abuse;
  • Maintain support records; or
  • Respond to payment disputes.

Please avoid sending passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials through support tickets.

Disc Shop will never need your cryptocurrency seed phrase or private key to provide customer support.

Disc Shop does not sell customers' personal information.

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with service providers involved in operating the store, such as:

  • Fraud-prevention and security providers;
